Club Membership Application Form

The Single Golfers of The Villages (SGV) Club was created to bring people together to enjoy the game of golf and meet new friends. The goal of the SGV Club is to offer members a full schedule of golf and social activities.

To become a member, First you must complete the application form below. This form is only available during the open enrollment period of January 1 to the end of February each year. Just fill in all the information boxes. At the end of the form hit the “Submit” box and the form is sent automatically to the SGV Club.

There are a limited number of membership slots available each year. If you applied for membership the previous year, you must re-apply for current year to be considered for membership. If applications exceed the number of openings, a random drawing will be be held in early March for the available openings.
 
Application Form  

New member dues are $25, which includes the cost of a SGV name badge. Incoming members will receive an email and link to PayPal to remit their dues.  Payment will be due within ten days of notification.  If not paid, the membership slot will go to the next person on wait list. 



FOR CURRENT MEMBERS
:

The current annual renewal dues are $20.00 and must be paid electronically via 
PayPal between January 1 and the end of February.  If a member's dues are not paid
by the end of February, that member will no longer be a member as of April 1.





    In January, members will receive an email with instructions on how to pay 
    electronically via PayPal or a major credit card. 
All transactions will be handled by
    PayPal, a trusted secure web portal for electronic payment. This process allows you 
    to save yourself the price of a stamp and envelope and join or renew in minutes.
